Hospital Room for Sale on Amazon
You can now buy a “hospital room in a box” on Amazon. The Med Modular patient room is a blend of modular and prefabrication technology. The Philadelphia-based EIR Healthcare claims that the price tag is 20% below the traditional construction cost for a hospital room.

Modular Data Center Market is Driven by Edge Computing
A market report by Global Market Insights predicts that the modular data center market is set to grow from US$13 billion in 2018 to US$50 billion by 2025 with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23%. The report claims that the growth is fuelled by edge computing, which brings processing power from the center of the network to the edge, closer to where the data is consumed.

The developer will build the homes in the center of the new town of Northstowe.
Urban Splash previously announced it had agreed on a multimillion-pound deal with Japanese house builder Sekisui House and the government to build modular homes across the UK.
